The battle of Hafrsfjord

According to Snorre, the battle at Hafrsfjord took place in the year 872 A.D., probably outside Ytraberget in Sola. Harald, Norway's first king, is credited for having united Norway into one kingdom at this legendary battle.
3 majestic swords are planted in the rock commemorating this battle. They stand for peace, unity and freedom.
